1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Speedy Invoices, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Speedy Invoices provides invoicing, billing, and financial management software as a service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in these terms. We may change our pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation before permanent deletion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Speedy Invoices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
